Had an amazing Christmas stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They were attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist us. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a stunning view. The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to public transportation and vibrant nightlife. We also enjoyed the convenience of same-day delivery and in-house laundry service.

One thing to note is that check out is at 12 PM, which can be inconvenient for guests with late flights. It would be great if the hotel could provide a dedicated area for changing and showering before heading to the airport.

Fitness is poor. Location is terrible - it's a place near a big market that smells like hell. Also its far away from everywhere. Rooms look old.

Silom City in Bangkok exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic, with convenient amenities like a 7 Eleven and street food market just around the corner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value for money.

The room could use new carpet. It was quite a long walk to the bts, however that could be viewed as free exercise.

To access the hotel from main road, you enter a small lane and pass through a small meat/fish market along the lane, which is not very pleasant.

We loved staying at this hotel! The room was spacious with a comfortable and firm bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - they welcomed us warmly, helped us with our luggage, and even provided us with extra power plugs for our devices. The location was excellent, with a BTS station nearby and great street food just a street away. As bike riders, we appreciated the convenience and accessibility of the hotel to explore the city on our bikes.

We felt like VIPs during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever. The service, facilities, and overall experience made us feel like royalty.
